Describe a short warm-up routine. Use both text and images if possible

Here is an example:

  1. Let’s do a quick warm-up today.
  2. First put your arms in the air.
  3. Now wave them around.
  4. Put your arms down.
  5. Next lift your right leg up. Count to ten. Now put it down slowly.
  6. Now do the same with your other leg.
  7. Well done. That’s your warm-up.
