Exam Tip
In Part 5 you complete a short text or email. You write one word in each of the six gaps — there are no choices to pick from. This exercise has two short emails, so read both all the way through before you start. Watch the grammar traps: use more before a long adjective; use do/does to make a question; several different verbs can mean “to contact” (call, phone, message, text) — any of them is correct; and use for after thanks. Read the whole text first, then check that your word fits the grammar and is spelled correctly.
