Practice English for the Cambridge IGCSE ESL Exercise. In this exercise, you will read parts of an article about different celebrations round the world.

In Exercise 1 of the IGCSE Reading and Writing paper, you need to be able to understand and respond to information presented in a variety of forms, such as notices, leaflets, signs, advertisements and brochures. There may be pictures or other visuals with the text and you need to give single word or short phrase answers.
