IGCSE ESL Reading & Writing | Exercise 6 Set 4

In this example, last week you had an interesting meeting with a person who you hadn’t seen for a few years.

This is an example of Exercise 6 where you write approximately 150–200 words of continuous prose, in response to a short stimulus (which may take the form of pictures) and/or short prompts. The question includes information on the purpose, format and audience.

Write an email to your friend about it.

In the email, you asked to include the following:

  • explain how you know this person
  • describe how this person has changed in the last few years
  • say what you did together when you met last week.
