Set 2 of our practice exercises for the Cambridge English B2 First Reading & Use of English Part 4. The emphasis is on the use of vocabulary and grammar at a B2 Level.

In this part of the paper the focus is both lexical and grammatical and a range of structures is tested. The ability to express a message in different ways shows flexibility and resource in the use of language.

There is a sentence followed by a key word and a second sentence which has a gap in it. You have to use the key word to complete the second sentence so that it is similar in meaning to the first sentence.
