A: Well, please eat some fruit before you go out. Do you want some pineapple or an apple?
B: No, I want some watermelon.
A: That’s fine.

C: Oh, look. There’s my piano teacher.
D: The woman with the grey hair?
C: Yes. And she’s always happy.
D: Is she nice?
C: Yes. Very.
Two. How did Alice’s cousin go to town?
E: Where is your cousin, Lucy?
F: He is not here because he is at a cafe in town.
E: How did he get there? By bus?
F: No, there are no trains and buses today, so he went by taxi.
Three. What must Peter put on?
G: Peter, it’s cold outside. You can’t wear only a shirt. Put on your sweater.
H: But Mum, I don’t like my sweater.
G: Then you must put on your coat.
H: Okay.
Four: Where did Harry eat lunch?
I: What did you do yesterday, Jack?
J: Well, my family brought some food to the waterfall, but we didn’t eat there.
I: Why not?
J: My friend dropped our lunch in the river, so we had to eat in a village.
Five: Which animal did Vicky like best?
K: Did you like the farm, Vicky?
L: Yes, I did. The farmer was very nice.
K: And which animal did you like best?
L: The cow and the chicken were okay, but I think I liked the duck best.
K: Yes, she’s funny. She likes to climb on the rocks.
