Part 5. Look at the picture. Listen and look. There is one example.
Mrs. Smith: Sarah, what a beautiful beach! Can you tell me about the things you can see here?
Sarah: Yes, Mrs. Smith! I love our school trip to the beach.
Mrs. Smith: I can see our students playing with a beach ball. What colour is it?
Sarah: The beach ball is red and white. It’s so much fun to play with!
Mrs. Smith: That looks like fun!
Can you see the sentence about the ball? This is an example. Now you listen and write.
Mrs. Smith: And what about the towels on the sand?
Sarah: The towels are blue. We put them down to sit on.
Mrs. Smith: Very good! I can see a bucket near the water. What colour is the bucket?
Sarah: The bucket is green. We use it to build sandcastles.
Mrs. Smith: Wonderful! And there’s a big umbrella giving us shade. What colour is the umbrella?
Sarah: The umbrella is yellow. It keeps us cool from the sun.
Mrs. Smith: That’s helpful! I can see a sun hat on one of the towels. What colour is the hat?
Sarah: The hat is brown. It protects our heads from the sun!
Mrs. Smith: Very sensible! What else can we see on the beach?
Sarah: There are shells on the sand. We can collect them!
Mrs. Smith: What a wonderful day at the beach, Sarah!
Sarah: Thank you, Mrs. Smith!
